The Company is considering the manning of quality officers and crew as the fundamental and most important factor for achieving a successful ship management operation.

To meet this demanding challenge, Genoa Maritime S.A. have invested in its owned Crew Management Organization by establishing in 2003 “Genoa Maritime Cyprus Ltd”  in Limassol, Cyprus and a liaison office in Mumbai, India.

The seafaring staff recruited through our Crew offices hold the required experience and all the necessary certificates and qualifications to comply with STCW 78/95 Convention and special endorsements.

All Officers and Crew are proficient in English Language, well versed with USCG/Vetting Inspections, hardworking and professional.

Crew office is providing to our seafarers a periodical and regular access to worldwide best ‘Training Centers’ for Mariners located in Mumbai and wide range of value added courses offered by Institutes run by AESM, Wallems, Barbers etc.

‘Genoa’ qualified Crew is very loyal to the Company and a high retention rate has been achieved over the Years. 

The office in India is licensed to operate as CMO from DG Shipping, member of FOSMA and certified by DNV.
